MS Sydney to The Gong Ride 2011

Braving the 30 degrees heat, Team OCA joined 10,000 other cyclists in this year's MS The Gong Ride fundraiser. Pedalling their way from Sydney to Wollongong alongside beautiful NSW coastal scenery (and some gruelling hills), the 90km ride is in support MS Australia.

Noggin is proud to have joined in this worthwhile event. Already there are talks of training for the 2012 ride with more participants to join the team!

The MS Gong Ride is an important fundraising event for MS Australia. The money raised will ensure the charity can continue their work with people and families living with MS. It's not too late to show your support! You can still make a donation at www.gongride.org.au

City to Surf 2011

This year, John our senior business development manager is running in the Sydney City 2 Surf Race event, but with a twist.

He's carrying 20kg and aiming to finish within 100mins for charity!

He'll also be carrying a substantially lighter IPhone with the OCA IPhone mobile app installed, and we'll be tracking his every move, but that's another story…

Freshwater SLSC

Freshwater is a great Sydney beach, and the SLSC that patrol it do a tremendous job at a beach teaming with people, particularly during summer.

In 2009 Noggin was approached by Freshwater SLSC to provide communication assistance to Freshwater Surf Life Saving volunteers for rostering purposes. We'll proud today to still be offering that service and assisting volunteers in their doing their job.

The 24 hour Mega Swim

One of our clients, Simon Goldschmidt, was currently involved in the MS Mega Swim. His team of five swam for 24 hours, completed 88.7km, by far the greatest distance per swimmer, and raised over $16,500 that will directly support those suffering from MS.
