Support
Noggin can offer a full range of support services for our applications, whether hosted at our facilities or in your data centre. If you choose there can be nothing for you to do except grant us access to the system. These services include:

In addition to telephone and email support we have an Issue Tracker system for clients to log issues or jobs, manage workflow and approvals, and monitor progress. We also have monitoring systems in place and a 24 x 7 paging service for our on-call technicians, so we can respond to any urgent support issues or outages anytime.
