Support

• Noggin Hosting provides 24/7 support with staff members on call and able to access the hosting facility whenever required. Detailed monitoring systems will warn and page our technical staff should a server have problems or an outage occur.
  
• Uptime on our servers is exceptional running on stable hardware and robust operating platforms.
• All our back-ups are performed daily and backup data is stored locally and also offsite.
• Back-up retrievals can be performed upon request and can be restored within 24 hours

Standard Package

Our hosting services are aimed at government and corporate bodies and whilst price may vary based on need and volume, the following standard hosting agreement suits most clients' needs.
Monthly basis at a rate of $55 per month (+GST).
Hosting will include:

• 250MB of disk space
• 1GB of outbound traffic
• 250MB of inbound traffic
• Domain name hosting
• One mailbox
• MySQL database and PHP
• Additional disk space in 250MB blocks @ $10/month for each block
• Additional outbound traffic @ $0.06/MB
• Additional inbound traffic exceeding 25% of purchased outbound traffic @ $0.23/MB
• Unlimited e-mail aliases (within reason & providing they go to the same POP mailbox)
• Additional POP mailboxes @ $10/month
• An air-conditioned secure environment
• A high speed Internet link
• Power filtered through a uninterruptible power supply.
• Daily backups of necessary data with offsite rotations
