Implementation

Getting started

Because OCA is offered as a software service, there's no hardware, installation or set-up required. However if you need some help to set up your contact database, import data or set up message template, Noggin has a team of friendly professionals on hand to make it easy.

Contact us for more information about our start-up packages.

Running your own OCA server

There are some alternatives if you require a dedicated server or high availability installation of OCA:

OCA Appliance
Noggin can build you a custom appliance with preconfigured hardware and software, ready to deploy into your data centre. It can also be hosted at one of Noggin’s secure data centres.

OCA Installation
