- Noggin's quality management system is certified to ISO9001
- Noggin project managers have between 10 and 20 years of project experience and are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) via the Project Management Institute. They are also experienced with PMBOK, Prince2 and other methodologies
- Key implementation support staff have special expertise in emergency management including hands-on involvement in various major emergencies, and experience developing policy and procedures to support incident and emergency management.
- Key staff have security clearance to Secret (from the Attorney-General's Department, Australian Security Vetting Service), and have strong expertise in all aspects of information and software security
